We built the Converdge Core 2.0 platform to be very flexible, easely allow companies and brands to successfully integrate community functionality into their overall brand experience.
Moderate User Content- Network Administrators can track user content which have been flagged as offensive by members of their Network. Administrators may then suspend or remove offending users and/or delete offensive content.
Spam Control- Our spam filter allows Administrators to search through site messages looking for redundant emails and set limits to control spamming on their Networks.
Mail Templates- This feature gives Network Admins the ability to update all basic mail templates used throughout their network's user notification system, i.e.: “New message received”, “New Friend Requests” and “Basic welcome letter”.
Integrated Site Statistics- Our full featured site statistics system allows network administrators to get a quick overall glimpse of their network's performance. This includes latest sign-ups, network traffic numbers and most viewed content. We can tailor our statistics engine to meet specific administrators needs.
Admin Control HUB- This is the back-end hub for sites utilizing the ConVerdge platform. Owners and administrators can monitor and control most aspects of the platform though this Admin panel.
Manage Users- This control panel allows site owners and Admins to oversee basic info for each user, track their overall site usage and activate or de-activate their account. Admins can search through members by user name or email and sort results using various filters.
Broadcast Message- When a site Owner or Administrator needs to convey a message to their users, this control panel allows them to broadcast a message to all users in one easy step. Any message that is entered in this control window will be displayed above all users' internal mailboxes, until the site owner or Admin chooses to turn off the broadcast. Messages will include an automatic time and date stamp letting users know when a message was broadcast.
